Note: If you are unable to swim on a particular league date, YOU MUST let the coaches know as early as possible so that they can try to find a replacement for that day. DO NOT LET YOUR TEAM-MATES DOWN BY JUST NOT TURNING UP! If you are ill on the day, please phone the coaches, or get someone to get to the morning training session to tell the coaches. Every point is important so the coaches will always try to get a substitute.
